How It Works

Prana is all around us - in sunlight, air, and the earth. It’s the life-sustaining energy that keeps us alive and well. In a Pranic Healing session, the practitioner draws in this energy and gently directs it into the body’s energy field, where it clears congestion, restores flow, and accelerates the body’s own healing processes.

 

No touch is required. The work is done in your energetic field, and sessions can be held in person or remotely with the same effectiveness.
