Q: How often should I come?

A: For general well-being or stress relief, a session every 2–4 weeks is ideal. If you’re working through emotional trauma, illness or major life transitions, weekly sessions may offer more support initially.

Q: What can I expect during a session?

A: You’ll lie down fully clothed in a peaceful setting. Singing bowls (or other tools) may be placed on or near your body. You’ll feel gentle vibrations and hear soothing sounds that help calm the mind and body. Most people feel deeply relaxed and often experience emotional release or clarity.

Q: What can I expect after a Sound Healing Session?

A: After a session, your body begins to shift out of “fight or flight” and into deep rest and harmony. Everyone’s experience is different and the effects may continue to unfold over the next few days as your energy recalibrates.

In the first 24 hours, you may:

  • Feel deeply relaxed, light or peacefully “spaced out”

  • Experience gentle emotional release - joy, calm or even unexpected tears

  • Feel drawn to rest or quiet time as your body integrates

Q: Is it safe for children and teens?

A: Yes, sound therapy is gentle, safe, and non-invasive. Sessions for kids are designed to be engaging and calming, helping with anxiety, focus, emotional regulation and sleep. Each session is tailored to your child’s age and needs.

Q: Can I have sessions alongside medical treatment?

A: Absolutely. Sound therapy and energy healing are complementary to medical care and can support physical recovery, emotional processing and overall well-being during or after medical treatments.

Q: Are there times when sound healing may not be suitable?

A: While sound healing is gentle and non-invasive, there are a few situations where we advise that you refrain from a sound journey

  • You are in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • You experience untreated seizures or musicogenic epilepsy

  • You have a pacemaker, have had recent heart surgery, or metal implants
